If you are newly diagnosed breast cancer survivor and wish to become affiliated with The Healing Consciousness Foundation and our healing programs, you will need to complete a participant request form. If you are not a patient of Comprehensive Breast Care Associates, you will need your physician to verify that you are a breast cancer survivor and that you are cleared to participate in the HCF Healing Services.
